Dean and Just Catie- feeling any better?

St. Patricks Day @ Photocasket

Or are you still feeling like this?

And who's planning on being at the Anvil Friday, and when?

I really enjoyed it last week, but if I make it it will be earlier.

{I'm struggling with some pretty heavy health issues of my own. While caring for Tess, I tend to loose sight of anything and everything else, but that catches up with you eventually. I especially need to bear down on studying for Anatomy and Physiology since my admission to LPN school and job thereafter depend on that class... so I've gotta do a bit better with self care.}

Well what other kind of picture would I post? *grin* Though I don't look good in green... makes me look jaundiced... I prefer metallics, reds, and shades of purple and black.

Hey Mike, good to see ya around again... did you ever read William F. Buckley, who recently passed away? If not, you really should. He's the Epitome of a cultured, civil conservative!

"Cultured, civil conservative" is now an oxymoron. Buckley is dead.

Listig said...

Yeh, *sigh*

Back when he started, Buckley said he was standing astride history yelling "STOP."

With all the blowhards who call themselves conservatives but are really just shock jocks and performance artists who parrot the conservative catch phrases for profit... someone like Buckley needs to arise and stand astride modernity and yell SHUT UP!

I am doing pretty ok actually. Would feel much better if I knew a job was coming, but I am used to living on the edge. I would hope to be out Friday night, but I will have to say I must play it by ear.

Good... when I saw you last week, you were coming off a bad spell health wise.

That's what'll determine if I'm there or not. But I hope to at least make an early cameo shortly after 10.

Ah, the health thing. One good thing about being broke and unemployed, when you run out of cigaretts you realize that quitting is a money saver and not a health issue. 3 days without a cig. The question now is, will I survive this insanity as well?

Three days!?!?!?!?!? Atta girl! That is generally, for most people, the toughest period (especially for NON-chain smokers). I have some leftover nicotine gum. Do you want me to bring it tonight to Anvil? You are more than welcomed to it, if you really are intent on kicking the habit. XOXO
