He is trying to go "BOO!", all whiney and everything. FISA, telecom retroactive immunity, and miscellaneous lawbreaking must be up for legislative enabling.

So we can rip more shreds from our constitution. Aided and abetted by lockstep Republicans and spineless Democrats such as Reid and Rockefeller.

What if he gave a press conference and nobody showed. Would anybody notice?
