my question are they qualified to vote?

Why ain't are chillun's learning? Because without education they become the Republican "Base".Another rousing success brought to you by Bush's "No child left behind"!
No child left behind is so lamei am able to work and learn so much more, but I have to slow down for everyone else, so they don't feel underprivileged.
