Frank Russo, I gather from the YouTube. I am one of those people who cannot whistle. People who ask me to get a face full of drizzle.
And apparently, even among those who can whistle, it is only a small minority that can actually whistle a tune. So no cause for pride or shame, though I'm quite pleased I can whistle coloratura!
