Indicted Republican Sen Ted Stevens (Alaska) Wins Primary

This is so cool. The arguably most corrupt sitting senator (Republican, of course) wins his primary while under indictment by the most politicized, Republican favoring Justice Department, ever.

Sen Ted "Internet-Series-of-Tubes-Florida-Exit-To-Nowhere" Stevens (Alaska Alledgedly, Corrupt Republican) also argues that he is a target of a political witch hunt. From Bush's Justice Department? Yagottabekiddinme!

Methinks Republicans have to be so blatantly corrupt that it can't be ignored to warrant an indictment from these people.

Thank you, Ted, for helping us on our way to a veto and filibuster proof majority.

This is funny! Stevens supporters shouting "Four More Years!" Hey, Morons! Senate terms are six years.

This is how Republicans stay in office, by recruiting the least amongst us, the ignorant.

The "masses of asses" strike again ... "four more years," indeed. LOL

This just proves Republicans are driven by party loyalty and nothing else! They embrace the ethical corruption of their reps, while pointing at the indiscreations of Democrats--real or imagined! I've been to Alaska and although it's beautiful country, the people there are little more than snow-bound, sunlight deprived Alabamans!

LMAO..........yes, lack of sunshine most of the year will do that. Maybe he promised all the voters he would get them hookers. Apparently the gals are too smart to move to such a cold dark place with no intelligent men to warm them. Just a thought.

You know, I am so glad I found this blog. I have been saying some of this stuff for years, too.

When that crap with the Dixie Chicks happened, I said that if they had said that about Clinton, the Republicans would have had them on thrones crowned with jewels.

The last statement is the truest of all of them. . . Recruit the ignorant who cannot think or reason for themselves.

Off my soapbox.

Welcome Chris,

I hope you come back. We've had some downtime chilling but I think this blog is ramping up again. I know I am!
