The attorneys for Cheney, Libby, Rove and Armitage are trying to get the Wilsons' civil lawsuit thrown out because they say it's political retribution:
"This case is a political exercise masquerading as a civil lawsuit," Mr. Armitage's lawyers complained in their motion to dismiss the case.
The nerve, not to mention, the not atypical obliviousness to irony, of this brain dead, empty, ugly, cynical, legal manuever.
