It's really building here too a tipping point. The may be the "Emmett Till" moment of the 20th century. This stupid law in Florida would actually have allowed Trayvon Martin, the victim, to receive the get out of jail free card as he was the one being stalked, had he been armed with more that skittles and an iced tea.
But in Murka 2012 blacks do no win this benefit of the doubt. And the baby Jeebus weeps.
It only occurred to me belatedly that he could have pleaded fear for his safety and then killed the scumbag. Why isn't that being clarioned across the press and airwaves?

Wonder what genius thought that law up? It reminds me of "it can't be rape if he thought she agreed".
