Artist's name is Haddaway, who was pretty much a one-hit wonder in the U.S., but had more success in the U.K. and Europe, in general.

It sounds so 80's, that song. But I'm sure I heard it at many a Gay Pride Parade in SF in the 90's coming from one or more of the floats!!!
