Anyone remember these TV Shows?

Lloyd Haynes was so good looking!

Actually, this silly show was considered pretty groundbreaking for it's time. I remember it well. My bigot parents hated it. LOL. Of course, it taught important lessons: for instance, that the coolest teachers are black and drive convertibles. And who could forget perky Karen Valentine!? OMG! What a hoot! Thanks for the flashback, Betty! And yes, I am confident enough in my lack of wrinkles to admit that I actually saw these when they ORIGINALLY aired, not as after-school re-runs on the same channel that showed Gilligan's Island and The Flintstones.

Don't worry, Snark...I can admit I not only saw this when it was new, but also the Mothers-in-law, which is one of the earliest shows I remember watching as a mere toddler in the late 60s!

Okay . . . I see you added another clip! And this was a show that my parents DID thoroughly enjoy. The Mothers-In-Law was a hoot. Eve Arden and Kay Ballard were a dynamo duo. But I, my dear, was NO TODDLER! Heh-heh.

Almost forgot . . . yes . . . Lloyd Haynes . . . scrumptious! I think he must have been the first man of a darker hue on whom I developed a boy-crush.
