After all the back-and-forth accusations, some of them pretty nasty, between these two, I can't imagine McCain taking on Romney as a VP. If McCain wants to "reach out" to the far right religious nut jobs, he'd be better off going after Schmuckabee. And I can't imagine Romney being happy as second fiddle, unless he's got a lethal dose of rat poison disguised as "Skinny and Sweet" and ready to dump into McCain's morning cup of java. LOL
My theory is this has little to do with McCain, and everything to do with the Huckster. Romney had managed to become the golden boy of the "true conservatives"- it was his booby prize- and now Mr "I majored in miracles not math" is going around like a modern day Moses leading the "true blues" through the wilderness.
Hmmm... I smell a post in that... but only if I can put together a suitably wiz-bang FX.

If he did give Mittsy Flipsy Flopney the VP slot, McCain had better make sure Flippy always walks BEFORE him going down stairs!
