Sherry pointed out J at Christmas. We looked thru binoculars and saw orange/red...
For the first time in my life I saw a star before sunset. That's how brightn J is/was this year.

I'd settle for "spring in Chicago." LOL
I love stargazing. Unfortunately, London light pollution makes my two telescopes and large binoculars redundant.
