John McCain is the guy in the brainstorming session who always says: "But we've always done it this way" to shoot down every new idea and stop them in their tracks. After all, that is what conservatism means, isn't it?

Where did you hear such things. Can you provide some sources for these positions? I've worked for Obama's Senate campaign and am doing a little bit here and there for the Presidential campaign and I've never heard him advocate these positions. By the way, 'socialized' is not always a bad thing, Mike. Like it or not, we live in a community and there are a lot of greedy fucking people who would like to see the majority of Americans go without the basics, so they could lie, cheat and steal more than their fair share of the wealth. You may not like Communism, but I assure you, unless you're one of the very wealthy and connected, you wouldn't like what un-checked capitalism would have in store for you either!
